Evelynn held Natalya’s hand, “Did the trials change you somehow? I don’t sense anything strange.”
“No, it’s always me.” Natalya declared, “The manual can never control me. I control the manual.”
“Big words~” Mingzhi giggled at Natalya’s pompous line.
She was sometimes spun around by her own emotions stemming from her darkness physique, so she wondered how it could be any different for Natalya, whose cultivation itself would make her cold as ice and indifferent.
“…”
Natalya didn’t say anything but simply smiled.
Her blind confidence really left everyone speechless, but considering that she traversed so far and even became an Empyrean who practiced the Forsaken Yin Lotus Manual, they had some faith in her.
“I’ll continue-”
Myria turned to look at Stella, “The Forsaken Yin Godskull gathers faith energy from ten thousand Immortal Emperors, a thousand Empyreans, and three Divine Exalts. They should all be practicing the Forsaken Yin Lotus Manual. They do not place their faith in the person but rather in the person who is immensely skilled in the Forsaken Yin Lotus Divine Art. Hence, the faith energy will gather towards the person who has the most comprehension of the Forsaken Yin Lotus Divine Art in the area, allowing those who are masters like Hansyra to reign supreme as a Divine Exalt.”
“They’re indifferent to everything but the way of severance, which means one’s skill in the Forsaken Yin Lotus Divine Art.” Natalya added to clear the confusion, “That’s where their undying faith lies, allowing them to become extremely powerful. By this logic, Hansyra wouldn’t be able to gather faith energy from Divine Exalts who are much more skilled than her in the Forsaken Yin Lotus Divine Art.”
“I see…” Stella nodded, “What about the prowess that is gained from all this faith energy?”
Myria took over, “Their manual could be said to be a Peak Divine Exalt Grade Manual. It is without flaws, and the energy contained within the Godskull seems to be also higher than most Godskulls. Therefore, it is said that for each requirement that is fulfilled, they would gain a prowess that’s two levels higher, so six levels higher for just the first type of Godskull.”
“…” Stella raised her brows, “That’s so powerful. But shouldn’t the three Divine Exalts requirement give more faith energy than a thousand Empyreans requirement? This doesn’t make sense?”
“Faith energy is like that. Within the Godskull, the space to hold the faith energy is limited for each cultivation stage. Once a certain threshold is crossed, faith cannot be contained anymore by the Godskull. This applies to all the relevant spaces within the Godskull that hold faith energy for each cultivation stage, in this case, Immortal Emperors, Empyreans, and Divine Exalts. Therefore, we can assume the Godskull itself needs to be improved- in a way that only consecrates the Divine Exalt space of the Godskull so it could gather more faith energy from them and unleash more power. However, changing the structure of the Godskull is easier said than done.”
Myria wryly smiled.
She turned to look at Natalya, wondering what she was going to do with it.
“I read about the Godskull while returning home. I won’t claim to fully understand it, but there needs to be only one space in it for me, a space that’s only filled with faith in my husband and my undying faith in my husband, the two mixing together in yin-yang cultivation to form the ultimate form of faith energy.”
“…!”
Everyone turned, shocked at Natalya’s claim, their eyes wide.
“Are you saying… you’re going to…” Myria probed.
“Yes, I’m going to change the Divine Exalt – Forsaken Yin Lotus Cultivation Manual into a part dual cultivation manual.”
“…!” Everyone turned shocked.
Natalya seemed smug, “I had this idea ever since darling told me about the undying old witch in the Voidshade Chasm connected to the Shadow Dimension and now I can feel like I can realize it. If I can emulate her- not her actions but her cultivation manual that is dual cultivation oriented, stealing or rapaciously swallowing faith energy from men and women alike in order to fill her wicked Godskull, then I should be able to make my own Godskull in a similar fashion except without all the wickedness in it, but it would certainly be ever-consuming like a leech that wouldn’t let go.”
“…”
Myria and the others had no words.
Natalya’s dream was… big.
They certainly wouldn’t dare to take such a difficult path.
Natalya turned to look at Myria, her expression calm.
“You said the Godskull doesn’t distinguish between righteous and wicked faith and that it only cares about sincerity and strength of belief. You said even simple admiration, reverence, and or even obsession will do, and it doesn’t matter if it’s out of fear, right?”
Myria nodded, “Yes, from what’s being described in the manual, even fear can be a valid emotion to empower someone. You can imagine it- you feed them your fear when confronted, and they become more unbridled.”
“Right…” Natalya nodded.
“In the same way- I have my obsession, intense adoration, and undying faith in my darling. I believe he has the same for me, so this should work out in theory, no?”
“… Yes?”
Myria half-heartedly answered. How would she know?
“Hehe~ I knew elder sister Myria would understand me.”
“But faith energy from just one person- that might barely make you gain one or two levels of prowess for the first type of Godskull…”
Myria quickly tried to make her reconsider.
“We’ll see.” Natalya’s lips curled, “I can’t just train in the same way with the original Forsaken Yin Godskull since I’m practicing the cultivation manual differently. It’s all in the way the Godskull is shaped, isn’t it?”
“…” The others could only have dumbfounded expressions on their faces.
Even Fiora had the same look. Her elder sibling was totally crazy.
To change the structure of the Godskull, she had to redo the cultivation manual itself. She was already changing the way she cultivated but also the structure!? How dangerous was that!? How foolish was that!?
“Since that’s the case, I need to go steal from that old undying witch and make a trip to the Nether Dimension to get the Nether Yin Lotus Core.”

Natalya jumped when she stood up, covering her mouth with her hands for the scream she uttered before her eyes all moistened and became full of emotion.
“I heard my little mistress has returned home from afar after a long time. How can I not leave seclusion?”
Davis landed on the ground with an imposing aura and barely took a step forward before Natalya practically ran and threw herself to him, shoving her face into his chest and tightly embracing him as she held him dearly, tears quickly drenching his purple robe.
