Su Yu has attribute panel and system notifications; he could also kill monsters to gain cultivation points and Dao progress. Reviving after death is not something impossible, too.

Everything in this world resembles equipment in games, yet Su knows well that if you really treat your cultivation as a role-play game, you will die a hard death.
