Comrade: Almost a Cat-astrophic Love Story

It was meant to be a short kiss, but the shameless man that Fu Sichen was, he couldn’t stop once he started.

One hand locked on Pei Zhen’s waist and the other was on his shoulders, and Fu Sichen leaned his weight against Pei Zhen.

In the tiny car compartment, their shirts chaffed against each other, and the quick kiss became an addictive marathon.

Lips touching, they tasted each other’s sweetness. When one bit the other’s lip and heard the uncontrollable moan edged with raspy roughness, it drove them to the brink of sanity.

“Oh…” Pei Zhen had never kissed a woman, and it was also the first time that he had truly kissed a man. He wasn’t terribly experienced and his lips and body gave way to the intense kissing; his eyes clouded over and he said, “Hot…”

“Hot?” Fu Sichen couldn’t contain a soft laugh. “Only that?”

Pei Zhen squinted with his peach blossom eyes. His expression was full of innocence. “Very hot?”

He was feeling very hot.

It felt as though fire had scorched where their bodies met, and he was melting in the intense heat.

Pei Zhen couldn’t take it anymore and pushed Fu Sichen away. “Let go…”

“You don’t think that I’m a good kisser?” Not able to bear tearing himself away, Fu Sichen leaned back onto Pei Zhen after being pushed off.

Pei Zhen’s voice was hoarse as he cursed, “Damn it. You call that a kiss?”

The corners of his lips were raw and painful. He touched it lightly, and there was a faint whiff of fresh blood.

Fu Sichen had no hold over his own emotions. He smiled and, in a low voice, whispered something to Pei Zhen. When their eyes met, he couldn’t help but kiss Pei Zhen again. “Yes, yes… my skills aren’t up to par. I’ve got to practice more.”

Shameless.

Pei Zhen was quite despicable. He couldn’t resist Fu Sichen’s sultry voice, which had the sex appeal of a bass note. It made his heart flutter.

When their lips met in the warmth of the damp and sticky exchange, Pei Zhen felt emotions that he couldn’t contain.

At that point, footsteps were heard coming their way. It was subtle, but people were talking.

“You really saw Best Actor Fu’s car?”

“I swear it was, I wouldn’t forget.”

“In that case, we have to seize the opportunity. If hotel security finds us, we’ll be kicked out.”

The voices were low, but Pei Zhen’s sensitive ears caught every word.

Ever since the time he had turned into a cat, his hearing had become exceptionally sharp. The moment he heard the conversation, he suddenly remembered the dog and stiffened.

“What’s wrong?” Fu Sichen leaned back slightly and looked at him quizzically. Pei Zhen silently mouthed the word ‘paparazzi’. Fu Sichen froze and pricked his ears to listen, and it was only then he noticed the footsteps.

The reporters must have snuck in.

Fu Sichen had gotten carried away. He’d just sealed his relationship with Pei Zhen and had let his guards down.

It would be a grave mistake to get out of the car. Fu Sichen was relieved that he hadn’t switched on the lights. In a moment of urgency, he pushed Pei Zhen downwards, and they were packed body-to-body in the tight space.

“Hey, the car! It’s Best Actor Fu’s car!”

The two reporters walked closer and were only a few steps from Fu Sichen’s car. They were full of glee at their discovery.

“Indeed Best Actor Fu is here… but we don’t know which room. Damn!”

“Why don’t we wait. I’m sure he’ll come to his car tomorrow.”

“Right, right, right.”

The two agreed and planted themselves by the car to wait. In the car compartment, Pei Zhen and Fu Sichen looked at each other. Terribly embarrassed, Pei Zhen reached out to give Fu Sichen a hard pinch.

What could they do?

They couldn’t possibly stay in that position all night.
