But Ning Mei was oblivious with everything going on in the mind of Shen Qian, not that she was interested in knowing. After all, she could tell from a glance that she was burning of hatred for her. Because from what information she has received, Shen Qian was a palace maid and she had no more than a couple of scenes with her.

Ning Mei smiled at his words. Yet, there was a underlying suspension with in her eyes. It was not that she felt that he was dangerous or something. He had a clever dememor, as if he was well aware of everything around him, but she did not get any dangerous vibe from him.

But then also, she did not miss Gu Yeze and Gu Liya’s look when they first heard of Chen Yang from her mouth.

She asked him back, " What is meant by ’big name ’? Did he know anything about her?

Chen Yang shrugged and said, " You are a good artist. And I have a feeling like if polished your talent well, maybe you are going to be the next national treasure of the entertainment industry. "

Ning Mei excused herself from Chen Yang. And she hurried over to Yu Lian first. Chen Yang stared at Ning Mei’s back figure, and a mysterious smile emerged on his lips.

Ning Yiyi had a little doubts regarding Ning Mei. But it wasn’t so strong, because the now Ning Mei’s information did not match with the then Ning Mei’s, also she did not know of her friends, like Yu Lian and Feng Ye.

But Shen Qian knew Yu Lian was Ning Mei’s best friend. She even knew Yu Lian’s place.

Ning Mei’s initial scenes were done, and she was showered praises by the Director and also the crew members, as most of the scenes were shot and acted perfectly.

Ning Mei thanked everyone.

It was late evening when the shoot was wrapped. They covered up all the initial scenes she had alone. And from tommorow she would have scenes with Song Fena and Chen Yang.

And thankfully, scenes with Shen Qian were also done, so they do not have to face her anytime soon, alteast not in the set.

After the last scene was shot, Ning Mei walked towards her vanity and Yu Lian who had just finished taking to the Director about the next day’s schedule, also walked towards Ning Mei but then she stopped.

Because Yu Lian saw Shen Qian come and stand in front of Ning Mei just when she was about to enter her vanity.
