Ning Mei and Yu Lian walked into the building with their heels clicking against the tiled floor. Though, the company wasn’t doing so well, yet it was doing enough for its own operation, and though not many there were fair amount of staff and artists working there.
She had obtained the company’s report for the last month, to follow up it’s analysis. There were a total of seventy staffs in the company. It was still a very small company with only some twenty artists joined to it. Though, a couple of artist, may have some popularity to themselves, the company on it’s self was a complete gone case.
As she entered, the only receptionist in the reception area was sitting comfortably on her desk. Ning Mei and Yu Lian glanced at the girl, who was so engrossed with whatever she was doing with her phone, that she did not even notice them. Also, the way she sat was very unethical and unprofessional.
The girls did not even say something and straight walked towards the lift. As they were waiting for the lift, the receptionist girl noticed them and at once stood up. She looked at the two girls with with a big frown on her face, and at once yelled, " Hey! You two! Who are you?! "
Ning Mei and Yu Lian turned around to look at the girl, and they also frowned. She looked in her twenties, and she was not even dressed properly. The girl wore a plain white shirt with her three buttons undone and a hot pant.
All this wh,ile, the girl also checked out the two girls. And looking at them, she scrunched her forehead more. Though, she did not want to admit, but they were indeed beauties.
Yu Lian wore a more formal clothing, as it complimented her professional. She was dressed in a white shirt with sleeves folded, paired with black trousers. And black shining heels with it. It accumulated her figure and gave her a working her stylish look. Her straight hairs parted in the middle falling on her shoulders.
While, Ning Mei wore an off shoulder lavender coloured dress, that reached above her knees, which she styled with white heels. Her wavy hairs was tied in a half ponytail with the rest of them falling at one side of her shoulders.
The girl asked in a sharp tone, " Where are you walking in to?!! And did you not see me sitting here? "
Ning Mei just stared at the girl with a disgusted scrowl on her face. The audacity of her to show arrogance to them after not doing her job properly.
It was Yu Lian who replied with a humoured smirk on her face and said, " We are going to the Vice President’s office. And if you know your job, then instead of us noticing you, it was your job to notice us first. All we saw was a hooligan sitting so not elegantly on the chair. "
The receptionist girl rolled her eyes and snarled when she heard that they are there for the vice president. She sat back on her chair and said, " What are you showing so much of air for? You are also here at last to spread your legs in front of that man.
Go on. Anyway, I already have got my pussy sore by him last evening. "
She sat casually back on her chair and shook her legs.
Both Ning Mei and Yu Lian made faces in disgust. She had now got a fair idea of what was happening in here. Anyways, this time they were here to deal with this all at once.
They got into the elevator to go to see the vice president’s office.
As the door to the elevator closed, the receptionist girl looked back towards the direction the girls had gone, and frowned. She felt like she had seen one of them somewhere. But then she waved off the thoughts from her mind. Maybe, she had visited the Vice President before too.
The door opened to the first floor, and they walked out. It took a while for them to locate the office, as there was no one guiding them. They even barely saw any artist walking around.
Ning Mei and Yu Lian saw noone around. Ning Mei was already feeling frustration running down her viens. She took a deep breath, as Yu Lian knocked on the office door. But there was no answer. The girls pressed their lips and Yu Lian knocked again, as she called, " Excuse me? "
They did not dare to open it, because she surely did not want to run into some greasy old man and some scantily clothed woman in any questionable situation.
Again there was no answer and the girl’s gritted their teeth in anger. It was then that, they found someone out walked of the nearest cabin. It was a young girl of their age, dressed smartly with a small girl of probably twelve or thirteen following her.
The two parties stared each other at surprise when they saw each other. As if neither expecting someone there.
But then, the next second, Ning Mei noticed a ripple of dislike in the eyes of the young woman in front of them though she did not make it any evident. Ning Mei could tell that she had got them wrong and thought then to be one of the women of the Vice President.
She kept a polite smile and asked, " Yes, how can I help you? " Yu Lian smiled and said, " We are here waiting for Vice President. " She looked like the only sane person in the whole building.
Hearing this, the young lady’s subtle expression of dislike intensified and said, " Mr. Zhou, has still not arrived. "
Hearing this, Ning Mei arched her eyebrows as she checked the time, and said, " He has still not arrived ? It is past the start of office hours. Does he not know that he is not the owner of the place, but just an employee? "
Her words had taken the girl off guard and she looked speechless. Her expressions improved and she cleared her throat and said, " I am sorry for the inconveniences, but please wait in my office. I am Jun Liqing, the Talent manager. "
The girls nodded their heads with a slight smile, when the little girl who was looking at Ning Mei with a serious expression, her eyes brightened up and she exclaimed, " Aren’t you Ning Mei?! "
All the heads turned towards the little girl, who looked exicted and she approached Ning Mei. She hurriedly took out a small notebook and pen from the bag she had carried and gave them to Ning Mei, " Ning Mei, I follow you on Weibo! Can you please give me an autograph? "
" Sure. " Ning Mei replied and took the paper and pen from the little girl, as she asked, " What is you name, sweetie? "
The little girl cripped and replied, " I am Jun

Jun Liqing, then realised that it was Ning Mei and her Manager. This Ning Mei had been a hot news a quote some days now. But the question is what is she doing here? "
" Please come in. We will have a talk inside. "
They went inside and took their respective seats. Jun Liqing asked Jun Aihe to play something as the elders were talking which the younger girl obediently obliged.
Ning Mei smiled, and said, " I think it would be better for us to talk to you only, because it seems the Vice President, Mr. Zhou is nothing but a useless man. "
Jun Liqing rubbed her nose, and coughed. Well, what Ning Mei said wasn’t untrue. She then politely asked, " Yes, Miss Ning and Miss Yu, how can I help you?"
Ning Mei did not beat around the bush. She took out the copy of the share and position trasfer agreement, and handed over to the girl. She did it because, she did not want to get busy explaining it to the young lady, also she knew that Jun Liqing would not belive her if she said that.
Jun Liqing’s eyes widened as she read it, and stared at Ning Mei a little speechlessly. The papers looked authentic, but she still needed to cross clearify. Jun Liqing cleared her throat and said, " Miss Ning, if you please don’t mind, will you wait till I cross check it? "
" Sure. No problem at all. " Ning Mei said.
Jun Liqing then logged in, into her company-use email account, and saw a mail there, informing about the change of CEO. As one of the high ranked Manager other than the Vice President, she directly gets emails by the parent company too.
But as they rarely even got one, Jun Liqing mostly logged out of account.
She then smiled at Ning Mei and said, " I understand. Welcome to the new position, Miss Ning." It was nothing shocking for Jun Liqing, after all , this was not a multi-million dollar company. There was no guarantee if it could make to another three years, as the management was dirt poor, neither the Parent company bothered with it now.
