This channel mostly interviewed the celebrites and post hot and trending entertainment news on their channels.
The crew had decided to start with the most easiest and fastest way to promote Ning Mei. As she was she a rookie and unpopular at the moment, it was better to use the tactic that would boost her popularity.
As the channel had a lot of regular and engaged viewers, Ning Mei would get recognisation soon. Also, coupling her with Feng Ye will give her recognition an instant boost.
When Ning Mei and Yu Lian reached the place where the interview would be taking place. She saw that Feng Ye was already present there. He had worn his ’cold expression ’ again which he usually did when not in front of his comfort zoned people.
He was currently talking about something to his manager.
Ning Mei saw that the interviewer was a lady. And honestly, she was a pretty one. She did not looked quite bothered by Feng Ye’s coldness and was instructing something to the camera man.
And actually, Ning Mei recognised the lady. As the HotFeed channel was quite popular, Ning Mei too had it subscribed. This lady was one of the faces of the channel who interviewed the celebrites and presented the entertainment news on the channel.
She had a good fan following of her own.
Ning Mei walked in and greeted them first with a bow, " Hello. I am Ning Mei." All eyes turned towards her. The lady, Rena, widened her eyes a little before smiling at her. She stood up and shook her hand with her, before saying, " Please have a sit, Ning Mei. We should start soon. "
Ning Mei sat beside Feng Ye, who gave her a small smile. And soon the interview started.
The recording started as Rena did the introduction. She said, " Hello everyone, we are back today with a new episode of HotFeed. As the recently announced drama, Love and Friendship, which had been the talk of the town since a few days. We are finally here at their set. And today’s guests are really special. We have everyone’s favourite Feng Ye and a beautiful new face, Ning Mei ! "
Saying this, the camera turned towards the pair. Feng Ye gave a small smile to the camera and waved his hand at it. While Ning Mei simply pleasantly smiled at it.
Soon, Rena started with the first question.
" We would start with Feng Ye. So Feng Ye tell us about your experience in the set. How do you like it in the drama, working with the other cast? "
" Well, the crew are all very experienced and well trained here. As we all know, we have Director Wang as the director, who is really professional with his work. So it is all good. " Feng Ye tried sounding as much profesional and neutral he could be.
Rena nodded her head and turned to Ning Mei and asked, " So Ning Mei, we have heard that you are very new to the industry. So how do you feel working here in the industry, and be casted opposite Feng Ye, for your very first drama? "
Ning Mei smiled and answered, " All I can say is I am really very grateful for everything. As Senior Feng said, the working environment is extremely comfortable and professional. So there are no issues at all. Everyone is very warm and supportive. " Then turning towards Feng Ye, she said with a cute smile, " And the opportunity to work with Senior Feng ye, is God sent. I can be grateful for it all my life. "
Ning Mei made sure to sound extremely grateful for the resources she has.
Rena then asked, " So Ning Mei, tell us more about yourself? Did you ever do any other projects in the entertainment industry or fashion industry before getting the role? Did you audition for any other? "
Ning Mei held her hands together placing it on her lap, as she answered. " Well, I do not have any projects that have aired or publiced yet. But there are a few projects that I have been working at the moment and they will soon be aired and publiced. As this drama is the very first project that I have ever had. And no, I did not audition for any other role, except vying for this one as Andrea.
And, I have returned from America not long ago. I have been a student there and completed by degree in psychology. "
Rena raised her brows impressed and said, " That is a really impressive thing to hear. You have quite some degree in a young age.
Ning Mei smiled and nodded. She had specified to say that she had been in America and had completed her bachelor’s in physcology, out loud for a reason. It was so that, she stayed away from Ning Yiyi’s shrewd eyes till she was ready to tackle her head on.
