Without thinking much, Ning Mei ran towards the door, and pulled it open with the thought of confronting her heartless husband. But just when she was about to turn the lock, the cool breeze hit her smooth skin, forming light goosebumps on her back.
That made her freeze in her actions and she facepalmed herself. Did her brain go for a World Tour? What is she freaking doing and thinking?! Was she planning to face everybody in her newly wedded house, half dressed like this?!
She looked around the room... And Ummm... Well she didn’t bring anything to wear. And the dress that is munched around her waist, is so unsightly crumbled that there is no way, it could be worn down.
Looking around the room, she thought of searching anything in the wardrobe. Maybe she would find something...? Last night, she as stupid she is completely forgot that she would be coming to Gu Yeze’s house. Ofcourse it was his fault!
And as a result... She forgot the clothings...! Wow..!!
Sighing, she pulled open the door, but then,

The whole wardrobe that she opened was full of female clothings...!!!
Standing there dumbstruck for a good couple of moments, she beamed and then took out a pair of clothes. Analysing them with a wide smile, Ning Mei took a loose dress and went in the bathroom.
Well, she didn’t give herself any benefits if doubt this time, whether those clothes were for her or not or those things? Like, he is ’The Gu Yeze, The CEO!’
Therefore, like the typical CEOs, it wouldn’t be he would also arrange all the necessities for his wife...! And the other thing was, she didn’t think so much. She found it in her new house now, so it’s hers!

Gu Yeze was sipping on his coffee, while going through some stuffs in his tablet with all his attention, heard some noise and raised his head. Upon raising his head, the first view that greeted him was a dainty creature descending the staircase a little enthusiastically, yet her quick steps carried elegance in them.
Ning Mei was clad in a a simply designed light blue, sleeveless dress, that reached upto her mid thighs. Her hairs seemed to be just blown dried and the only accessory that she wore was a pair of hanging pearl earings, and she had the minimal makeup on.
She looked like an excited teenage girl, who had a lot of things to say, as she made her way to Gu Yeze.
But little did she know, that what a shock had her sudden presence given to the other lives in the house.
The servants and maids who were working around the house, doing their own jobs and along with the buttler who was ordering the servants around, stood stiff in shock.
Ning Mei’s delicate and natural beauty did amaze them to no end. Because in today’s world, where pack and pack of girls were running around getting plastics everywhere in their bodies, and all looking the same, such naturally beautiful women with real features were not something easily visible.
They could help but take a breath seeing her. But the real shocking factor was her in this house. Yes! What is she, a woman, doing in President Gu’s mansion?!!
Seriously! No joke! This is the first time in their lifetime of serving there, when they had seen a woman who is not the member of the Gu Family, in this mansion. For them, water could be found on Sun, but not a woman in this house.
And that too, this lady had come from the second floor, and she is skipping as if she owns the house?!
Who the hell is she?!!
Slowly and unintentionally, all the heads in the hall, turned towards Gu Yeze. And they were greeted by not- so -new view. Gu Yeze still had had cold and unbothered expression on his face.
Yes, that was what one could see in the first glance. But what they, in fact, no one saw was, a cyclone of emotions under that thin mask of unbotheredness. Those emotions, in the depth of his eyes giving out unguiltily.
The next thing, every body knew was, Ning Mei who came rushing to Gu Yeze, and directly clinged to his neck and sat on his lap, as if it is the most natural thing to do! And squealed in her sweetest voice, "Hubby!! "
That moment, everyone took a sharp intake of air, the atmosphere around them getting tensed to their own selves. They didn’t even need to be convinced, they already knew that their ears have stopped functioning. Because, those stupid ears of theirs heard the lady call their Master, ’Hubby ’ Haha.. How ’believable’!
Even Gu Yeze was taken by surprise for a bit.
But then, he recovered quite quickly, after all, he was getting used to his little wifey already. And the next second, he put his hand on her back and supported her. Ning Mei scooted more closer to Gu Yeze and continued, "Hubby... Why are you so..."
But before, she could complete...

BANG...!
A series of sounds followed. Ning Mei turned her head towards the source of the noise with a start, and that second, the eye went wide!
She stared wide eyed at the astonished faces of the servants, who stared back at her as if she was some alien!
’Did there eyes go short circuited as well? Were they seeing things?! But that was too realistic, right? RIGHT?!! ’
Ning Mei didn’t know what to do... Well.. Her mind was getting flustered like anything! Like how could see be so excited to get a husband that she forgot to see left and right!
What if she lost her chance to make a good impression in front of them!?
Many, many thoughts were cycloning in her brain... But her body stupidly sat itself there on Gu Yeze’s lap with his hand on her back.
