Chapter 4599 - Six Mortal Disasters
Chapter 4599 - Six Mortal Disasters
The composite formation of countless divine wonders served as a protective shield for the golden star within. While Feiling had noticed the change, she wasn't able to do anything about it; it was a crucial time for her. The golden star within the formation had almost dealt with all traces of the pink cage that surrounded it, sending streaks of gold out of it from time to time as if it would break out of its cage at any moment.

Tianming set off in the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb with Huang Qi in tow. He inspected the star chart and realized that the location marked by the gray spot was near the Midsky Tristars where Starmoon Haven was. The journey itself didn't take long. It had been a while since Tianming was there. The whole star was covered in a deathly gray, a sign that the Gray Plague had spread to countless people of that world, torturing them to no end.
"Mama... Mama! It hurts..."
"Dad! You have to hold on!"
"It's pointless. This is heavenly punishment. Nobody shall escape the Tianming Plague... Hahaha!"
"How is this possible? I don't think Emperor Tianming was behind this! He led us to defeat the Eightpart Pantheons! He's our savior!"
"Hahahaha! The Tianming Dynasty shall fall and our Eightpart Pantheons shall rise again!"
Tianming observed the countless people of Starmoon Haven. Some were suffering badly, but they didn't blame him and took the pain silently. There were those who loudly blamed Tianming for the suffering of their relatives. There were also those who believed that he wasn't behind the plague at all. Many enslaved members of the Eightpart Pantheons who hadn't reached cosmic godhood used this opportunity to spread word that the Tianming Dynasty would collapse from the plague.
"Everything changed once the plague hit. Chaos is upon us." Tianming faced this with a heavy heart. To him, he would at most lose his omnisentient threads. But to the countless lives in the universe, including the flameyellow descendants, they were mired in oblivion-inducing suffering. This was the part that Tianming could stand the least.
Huang Qi smiled coldly beside Tianming. "Have you finally realized that the beings you are up against are completely beyond your imagination? It's not too late to accept your fate. At the very least, you'd be able to protect the countless lives of this universe."
Tianming smirked. "Who's to say your group will stop once I'm gone? Can you guarantee it?"
Huang Qi didn't seem to mind it in the slightest. "Well, you have no other choice. Surrendering is the only option. Otherwise, you won't be able to bear the consequences."
Huang Qi didn't let up on her stance in the slightest, believing that the remaining Aeternal Beings were enough to completely checkmate Tianming. The more she acted this way, the more worried Tianming was, for he knew that Huang Qi would not behave this way unless she was sure of it.
Huang Liu wasn't even the cruelest among the surviving Aeternal Beings, yet this alone was enough to completely undermine Tianming's lifeline, let alone the remaining three.
"Shut your mouth." Tianming continued to make the ship advance. The gray dot on the star chart pointed specifically at the Middlekin Star Ruin he had visited when he first arrived at the Upper Star Ruin. There, he had killed eight million members of the Eightpart Pantheons, and he had been so much weaker compared to his current self. Even the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb had grown to the size of a fortuna-class world, making it about the same size as Starmoon Haven.
Soon, they arrived at the Middlekin Star Ruin, which had been handed to the flameyellow descendants to manage.
The flameyellow divinities' uprising had occurred all throughout the Upper Star Ruin. However, the Gray Plague caused the Middlekin Star Ruin to be completely deserted. The people who had been here had returned to the Midsky Tristars.
Tianming left the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb outside the Middlekin Star Ruin, which looked much smaller than before now that he was over seventy thousand meters in height. Fortunately, he and Huang Qi could still fit through the entrance. Within it were countless massive continental asteroids and shattered stars, making the space incredibly chaotic.
Huang Qi laughed and said, "Li Tianming, stop dreaming and give up. You won't even know how you'll die if you choose to go against Huang Liu."
Tianming's expression didn't change in the slightest as he asked, "Does Huang Liu not have any weaknesses? If you don't tell me, I'll definitely have you killed before I die."
"My advice to you is to stop struggling. Do you think Huang Liu is the only one waiting here for you? Both you and all those you care about will perish."
Tianming ignored her and continued to drag her along. The space within the Middlekin Star Ruin was massive and seemingly boundless. Powerful storms raged within all around them. As they plunged deeper and deeper into it, they were bathed in a stream of energy, seemingly a mix of nova source and primeval source.
Yet, Tianming didn't see Huang Liu anywhere. "Where's Huang Liu?"
Huang Qi smirked. "Keep going. I can smell him, that weak, rotting smell of poison and catastrophe. He's right up ahead."
Tianming always found Huang Qi rather suspicious, but he didn't come all this way just to turn back. It wasn't like he had any other option if he wanted to deal with the Gray Plague. The only solution to all this was killing Huang Liu for good!
As he continued to advance, the odd mix of energies grew even stronger and wilder. The storms of primeval and nova source came rushing towards Tianming, though they appeared rather small compared to his massive form.
Eventually, he arrived at a location where all the storms gathered and found the surroundings much quieter. Within it, he saw six massive cauldrons up ahead, each one around a hundred thousand meters in height. They were green, red, black, blue, purple and gray respectively.
Tianming glared at the red and gray cauldrons. He found the power radiating from the red one rather familiar, much like red dust. The gray cauldron, on the other hand, contained power really similar to that of the Gray Plague. Colored smoke wafted out of all six cauldrons, giving off the scent of death and disaster into the surroundings.
He raised his hand and asked the Huang Qi within it, "Is this Huang Liu?"
Huang Qi expressionlessly said, "These are Huang Liu's six poisons. They're collectively called the Six Mortal Disasters, the six most devastating poisons to all life."
