"What are you doing here?" Li Qian asked, surprised to see her emerge from behind the tree.
"And why shouldn’t I be here?" Wu You walked over with a smile, her eyes darting about mischievously.
Her gaze was intense as she looked at the Spiritual Light Cat. "This big white cat... what kind of Pet Beast is it? And why can it talk?"
"I just meant, why aren’t you with my mom..." Li Qian began to explain, but stopped halfway through. He realized his mother was probably busy right now, so he quickly changed the subject.
"Uh, it’s called a Spiritual Light Cat. It’s a new Pet Beast I developed recently."
Quite curious, Wu You immediately raised her smart bracelet to scan it, but something unexpected happened.
The smart bracelet displayed no information whatsoever.
"Master hasn’t registered my information yet," the Spiritual Light Cat said with a touch of pride as it watched her. "You won’t be able to scan anything."
"Besides, don’t be so dramatic. I’m not the only Pet Beast that can talk, you know."
Instead of being annoyed at being dissed by the Spiritual Light Cat, Wu You only grew more interested.
She looked at Li Qian and made her request directly. "Li Qian, I’m about to break through to Dominator Level."
"Once I break through to the Dominator Level, can I form a contract with this big white cat? It’s so cute!"
Li Qian’s brow darkened. He held the Spiritual Light Cat in high regard, so he didn’t agree immediately. "I’m afraid that’s not possible. If you want to form a contract with the Spiritual Light Cat, you’ll need to earn its approval."
The instant the words left Li Qian’s mouth, the Spiritual Light Cat’s voice rang out, holding nothing back. "You want to form a contract with me? You’re not worthy!"
"Never mind that you can’t even advance to the Dominator Level yet because of Master’s limited Spiritual Power Level. Even if you did, it would be nearly impossible for you to form a contract with me!"
The Spiritual Light Cat ruthlessly pointed out, "Fundamentally, you and I are no different. Right now, you’re just one of Master’s Pet Beasts!"

"Whatever. If you want to learn, then learn. For me, herding one sheep is no different from herding a whole flock."
Having agreed, the Spiritual Light Cat resumed demonstrating the Telekinesis Skill for the group of Three-tailed Cats and Wu You.
Li Qian stood off to the side, watching the scene unfold with a strange expression on his face.
