"Well, it’s like this..." Facing Li Qian’s inquisitive gaze, Professor Yan gave a wry smile and explained the situation.
After listening to Professor Yan’s explanation, Li Qian sank into thought. After a moment, he offered his opinion. "From my perspective, this new ’Cloud Mist No. 9’ mutation-inducing potion you’ve developed is far too random. Its effects are completely uncontrollable!"
Professor Yan shook his head in agreement. "Yes, that’s precisely what’s been troubling me."
Li Qian frowned in thought, stroking his chin. "However, your ’Cloud Mist No. 9’ would make for a good initiating potion..."
Hearing Li Qian’s words, a look of confusion crossed Professor Yan’s eyes. "What’s an initiating potion?"
Li Qian began to explain slowly. "Since you can’t control the effects of the mutant evolution with your ’Cloud Mist No. 9’, that means the results can be either good or bad."
"Yes." Professor Yan nodded. At that moment, he had none of the bearing of an Evolution Master. He was no different from a humble student, eager to learn.
Li Qian didn’t waste any time and continued, "We can ignore the bad results, but the good ones... you should be able to draw some inspiration from them..."
"Wait..." As he spoke, Li Qian suddenly remembered something. A thought struck him like a clap of thunder.
He froze on the spot, completely still. Seeing this, Professor Yan didn’t interrupt, but simply stood there quietly.

Professor Yan was completely baffled. "What?"
Li Qian had no intention of dispelling his confusion, instead asking directly, "By the way, do you have any more of your ’Cloud Mist No. 9’ potion?"
Professor Yan replied blankly, "I do!"
Li Qian’s expression was excited. "Could you please get a few vials for me?"
"No, sell a few to me!"
Professor Yan immediately waved his hand dismissively. "Between us? There’s no need to talk about buying and selling. ’Cloud Mist No. 9’ isn’t really that valuable."
Hearing this, Li Qian said gratefully, "Then I’ll have to trouble you, Professor Yan."
Although Professor Yan didn’t understand why, a flicker of anticipation appeared in his eyes. Li Qian’s behavior reminded him of something.
He dazedly took three test tubes out of his Spatial Equipment. Only after taking them out did he seem to remember his other reason for being there. "Oh, I almost forgot. There was something else. Here, this is for you!"
