The sudden turn of events startled everyone present.
No one knew what had just happened, so everyone except Fat Snake’s men cautiously took a few steps back.
They watched each other warily, their eyes filled with cold suspicion.
A sense of dread crept in. ’Who just made that move?’
Everyone looked over at Fat Snake, only to see he wasn’t dead. He was currently propping himself up, trying to get to his feet.
He had fallen so suddenly that they’d thought he’d been killed.

"Fat Snake, what the hell are you doing? Are you putting on a show for us or something?!"
Mutt roared at Fat Snake. The sudden change had spooked them too, and since they couldn’t find the attacker, they directed all their anger at him.
Fat Snake’s face was dark. His upper body was in agony.
He felt as if he had just been hit by something, the force so great it had knocked him flat on the ground.
Hearing Mutt’s accusation, he roared furiously, "What the fuck, you think I wanted this? Someone just attacked me!"
Hearing this, the others also looked around defensively.
Mutt snapped, "Who the fuck attacked you? We’re the only ones here, and nobody made a move!"
A flicker of doubt crossed Fat Snake’s eyes at those words. It had happened too fast; he hadn’t seen who threw something at him at all.
Then, he spotted Stella Sterling nearby. She was leaning leisurely against something, toying with an object in one hand and watching him with a smirk.
He pointed at her furiously. "It was you! You’re the one who just ambushed me!"
They had just been talking about her when he was attacked, so his mind immediately jumped to her.
Hearing Fat Snake, the other two men also turned to look at Stella Sterling.
When they saw Stella Sterling, their eyes flickered.
Although the woman was dark-skinned, they had to admit she was still quite attractive. Most importantly, she had a fantastic figure.

"Let me tell you, I don’t care if this bitch ambushed me or not. She’s mine."
Fat Snake screamed in rage. He had just been inexplicably attacked and still didn’t know who did it, which made him incredibly irritable. He was already unhappy with the men from the Three Tigers Corps, and now he was like a lit fuse.
He even pointed a finger directly at Stella Sterling. "You, get over here. Serve me well and make me happy, or else..."

Now they understood why Fat Snake’s scream had been so piercing. For a moment, they all looked at him with a hint of sympathy.
Even Mutt couldn’t get another curse out. He suddenly fell silent.
With something like this happening, it was no wonder Fat Snake had let out such a scream. The man was ruined for life.
They all saw the throwing knife stuck in a nearby wall, blood still dripping from it. The DRIP, DRIP, DRIP echoed in their minds.
Then, all at once, they turned to look at Stella Sterling, their gazes a mixture of horror and anger.
