Chapter 445: Chapter 223: Arriving at Fajade City, Separation and the Inn

Specifically, it would be even better if they could stay close to the Adventurer’s Association.

As for the Adventurer Commercial District, that wasn’t a necessary consideration.

Unlike smaller cities, Fajade City had more than just one Adventurer Street. It boasted over a dozen commercial streets of varying sizes, including three major commercial districts. These districts were spaced far apart, ensuring that no matter where you were in the Adventurer District, one was always relatively close by.

This alone showed that Fajade City’s urban planning and administration were quite well-executed.

Its status as the most popular city for Adventurers in the Doria Kingdom wasn’t solely due to the surrounding adventuring zones.

Based on these requirements, Lin Mo eventually narrowed it down to three options.

The first inn was called the Adventurer’s Inn. Its name was plain and simple, as was its style. It was a bit far from the Adventurer’s Association, but its advantages were a cheaper price and a relatively quiet location.

The second inn was the Volcano Lodge. This one had a distinct character; its name signified that their service was as fiery as a volcano. The price was moderate, and it was relatively close to the Adventurer’s Association.

The last one was the Qingfeng Inn. The name was quite elegant, and it catered to a high-end clientele. Its advantages were having the best amenities, the most comfortable living environment, and being exceptionally close to the Adventurer’s Association—less than 300 meters away.

As for its drawback... there was one and only one: it was expensive.

Lin Mo found it difficult to make an immediate choice on which inn to go to.

So, he could only throw the question to the others.

"I think the Volcano Lodge sounds great."

As expected, the first to speak was Ali.

"It’s not too far, the price isn’t too expensive, and service as passionate as a volcano sounds really interesting."

"Mr. Lin Mo, I think we should stay at the Qingfeng Inn. It would be a bit more convenient."

Feney believed that you get what you pay for.

"Um... I think the Adventurer’s Inn seems pretty good. There’s nothing wrong with being ordinary..."

Lena said in a quiet voice.

But compared to the other two, she clearly lacked conviction.

This revealed the different personalities of the three, and as for Shefilya... she never offered her opinion on matters like this.

This was a problem. It was basically one vote for each of the three inns, with one person abstaining. In the end, the decision still fell to him.

Lin Mo looked at the notes he’d compiled on the road and was torn.

He took the book out of his Ring of Space again and carefully re-examined the information on the three inns.

He reviewed two of them but still couldn’t decide. Then, at the very end of the Qingfeng Inn’s introduction, Lin Mo suddenly spotted a note. He snapped the book shut and declared without hesitation, "I’ve decided. We’re going to the Qingfeng Inn."

"Why?"

Ali looked at him, puzzled.

’He seemed so hesitant just a moment ago,’ she thought. ’I was about to try pushing for the Volcano Lodge again.’

"I still think the Volcano Lodge is a pretty good choice..."

"Because the rooms at the Qingfeng Inn have soundproofing Barriers specially installed by a Wind Mage."

Ali’s expression changed in an instant. The words she was about to say were swallowed back down, as skillfully and decisively as she would a glass of milk.

"The Qingfeng Inn! It has to be the Qingfeng Inn!"

The corner of Shefilya’s mouth twitched. She looked like she wanted to make a sarcastic comment, but with her lady present, she ultimately kept her mouth shut.

Lena and Feney were completely bewildered. Wasn’t she just vehemently supporting the Volcano Lodge? Why the sudden change of heart?

’Perhaps Miss Ali is just very concerned with her personal privacy?’

Feney wondered.

Lena, on the other hand, understood a little more... In fact, she hadn’t understood before either, but recently her good friend had been filling her head with all sorts of strange knowledge, so she was slowly catching on.

Seeing her friend’s excited and determined expression, Lena seemed to slowly put two and two together. Her adorable face instantly flushed beet-red...
