Chen Nian was laughing so hard, but she was kind enough to not reveal to Zhou Ye that the person in the video was Shen Yan.

“Young Master Zhou.” Chen Nian stepped forward. She wanted to put on a serious facade, but her face was twitching with laughter. “Let’s talk about it when you find the person in the video!”

She pulled Shen Yan towards the parking lot after saying that.

After walking far away, she looked back at Zhou Ye and asked Shen Yan with a smile, “Did you get someone to seal the news?”

“Yes.” Shen Yan didn’t want to spend money to seal the news at first. However, she was afraid that someone with ill intentions might spread the news of her being violent, and it would be troublesome in the future.

“Actually, you shouldn’t have sealed the news. I’d like to see how Zhou Ye reacts when he finds out that you are the little fairy that he mentioned.” Chen Nian laughed so hard that tears came out of her eyes.

Then, Shen Yan looked at her curiously and asked, “So, how are you and your Officer Yu?”

The smile on Chen Nian’s face lurched. She smiled with disappointment and replied, “He has been out of touch for a week. I don’t even know where he has gone.”

“He probably went on a mission.” Shen Yan knew that Chen Nian’s heart was on Officer Yu, so she explained with a smile, “Don’t worry, he’ll be fine.”

Subsequently, Chen Nian remembered that Shen Yan and Fu Hang were locked in the same room just now. She smiled slyly and inquired, “What’s going on between you and Fu Hang? Why were you in the same room?”

“I don’t know who did it.” Shen Yan shook her head slightly. She had checked and found out that there were no cameras on the second floor of the Su family residence. She reckoned that she wouldn’t be able to find the person who locked her in.

Shen Yan lowered her eyes slightly. If she wasn’t wrong, Fu Hang had been drugged again.

However, before Shen Yan and Chen Nian could reach their car, they heard the sharp sound of high heels coming from behind them.

“Stop!” Fu Xiaoxiao darted over. She looked at Shen Yan with a grim look on her face and walked toward her with her head held high.

Chen Nian, who was at the side, asked speechlessly, “Miss Fu, what are you trying to do this time?”

Hearing Chen Nian’s words, Fu Xiaoxiao rolled her eyes. She placed one hand on her waist and wailed angrily, “What am I trying to do? Why don’t you ask Shen Yan what she is trying to do?”

Shen Yan was bewildered. She was puzzled and queried, “What am I trying to do?”

Then, she continued without waiting for Fu Xiaoxiao to speak, “Aren’t you always the one who starts stirring trouble first?”

Fu Xiaoxiao’s face instantly darkened, hearing Shen Yan’s words. She questioned with dissatisfaction, “You actually drugged my brother!”

“Who told you that?” Shen Yan narrowed her eyes and glanced at Fu Xiaoxiao warily. The only person who could tell Fu Xiaoxiao about this was the person who drugged Fu Hang!

Fu Xiaoxiao looked at Shen Yan cautiously. She originally wanted to tell the truth, but when the words reached her mouth, she interrogated, “Why would you appear in the room if you didn’t drug my brother?”

Then, Fu Xiaoxiao thought smugly in her heart that she would never betray the person who told her this.

Fu Xiaoxiao did not wait for Shen Yan to speak and continued to press on. “Three years ago, you deliberately drugged my second brother and used the opportunity to marry into the Fu family. You still want to drug him even after the divorce. How can you be so cheap and restless?!”

Shen Yan slapped her sharply. The crisp sound of the slap was especially loud at night.

Shen Yan looked at her calmly and said word for word, “I will hit you every time I see you if you stir up trouble again in the future!”

Shen Yan pulled Chen Nian into the car and was about to leave when she saw Fu Xiaoxiao running over to stop the car.

She stepped on the accelerator and drove away, leaving Fu Xiaoxiao, who was furious, with her car’s exhaust fumes.

Fu Xiaoxiao looked at Shen Yan’s car in exasperation. She stomped in her high heels and evaded the exhaust gas. Then, she cursed angrily, “Shen Yan, you bastard! You actually tried to run me over. Just you wait and see, I will definitely not let you off!”

Qiao Yue, who was standing beside Fu Xiaoxiao, cowered abashedly and did not dare to make a sound.
