Gu Xijiu and Di Fuyi teleported into the mansion. Di Fuyi frowned slightly when they entered the prison as there was an insufficient amount of spiritual power in the area. However, the place was filled with evil energy. Besides that, they seemingly heard the sound of people sobbing which annoyed them, and it was also somewhat terrifying in a way. Di Fuyi felt uncomfortable even though he possessed such powerful abilities. Perhaps, she was feeling worse than him?

Di Fuyi placed one of his hands on Gu Xijiu’s shoulder. “Are you afraid?”

Gu Xijiu shook her head. “No.” She even glimpsed at Di Fuyi with annoyance. “What’s there to be afraid of?”

Though the prison seemed horrifying and cold, she was able to bear with it. After all, she had entered a ghost house before. The prison was not that big a deal!

Di Fuyi silently observed her complexion and realized nothing was abnormal about her and she seemed fine.

He suddenly had an idea as he looked around at their surroundings. He noticed that several dark red color wraiths were lingering around in the dark and narrow trail.

He wrapped his arm around her waist. “Baby, have you noticed anything?”

Gu Xijiu looked around again. “Oil lamp, blood, dirty prisoners…”

There were many prisoners locked in their cells. Some of them were screaming while others were sleeping. All of them must have gone through cruel punishments as they were all dirty and severely injured. Some of them were even beyond recognition.

Di Fuyi paused for a moment before casting a spell on her. “Alright, take a look around and see if you can find your good friends.”

‘Good friends?’ Gu Xijiu immediately blinked her eyes and looked around. However, she still did not see anything and shockingly asked, “Good friends? Do you mean the sorrow wraiths? Are there any in here?”

Di Fuyi remained silent.

He softly coughed as he flicked his sleeve and two sorrow wraiths that were nearby her immediately turned into ashes. He quickly pulled her away. “The Yin energy in here is too strong, and it’s harmful to your body. Let’s leave!”

Soon enough, both of them found the cell where Li Mengxia was imprisoned. They immediately teleported into the cell. Li Mengxia looked dirtier than she was yesterday. Although she did not receive any severe punishment, she looked very pale as the Fairy Queen Li had tortured her.

At the moment, she was sleeping soundly on the hay that was in the cell. Di Fuyi cast a spell on her and then Gu Xijiu fed her two pills.

A moment later, Li Mengxia acted as though she had just escaped from a nightmare. Her eyes sparkled as she noticed the other two people that were in her cell. “Celestial Master Zuo! Miss Gu! Both of you are so fast!”

She immediately wanted to get up, but she forgot that she was still locked in chains. Instantly, the chains produced a noise, which alerted the jailor. “What’s wrong with you?!”

The annoyed face of the jailor appeared at the small window on the cell door.

He glanced into the cell. It was quite dark inside. Hence, he only saw Li Mengxia who was sitting there as though she had just awakened from a nightmare. She was rubbing her eyes.

The jailor chuckled. “Did you have a dream about Celestial Master Zuo? Hng! Don’t worry. You’ll see him soon when the sun is up. Just be patient. However, forget about Miss Gu! She died a very long time ago! She can never come here with Celestial Master Zuo.”

Li Mengxia looked furious and replied to the jailor, “Get lost!”

After all, she was the chief master of the Anying Association. Hence, her aura was relatively strong and scary when she got mad. Therefore, the jailor did not dare tease her anymore and left after he mumbled something underneath his breath.

Gu Xijiu and Di Fuyi turned visible again as they could not use their spiritual power or cast any spells while they were invisible. Gu Xijiu did not talk much and instead quickly unlocked the chains for Li Mengxia.

Although the chains were not easy to unlock, it was not a difficult thing for Gu Xijiu. A few minutes later, she had unlocked all the chains that were bounding Li Mengxia.

Li Mengxia immediately stretched her limbs. She seemed energetic though she looked sallow. She tried stroking her sleeves. “Celestial Master Zuo, what should we do next? Shall we kill the imposter?”

Di Fuyi shook his head. “Let’s not rush into anything just yet. We should prioritize getting out of here first.”

Li Mengxia paused for a while. “The jailor will come by every hour. He might alert the imposter if he realizes that I am missing…”

However, Li Mengxia immediately shut her mouth even before she finished voicing her concern as Gu Xijiu took out a dummy from nowhere which looked almost the same size as her. Gu Xijiu bit her fingertips and dripped her blood on the dummy’s forehead, and it immediately trembled and fell onto the ground. Now, it looked exactly like Li Mengxia, and its chest was moving up and down as though it could breathe like a human.

Li Mengxia was stunned. She looked at ‘herself’ who was on the hay, and then she glimpsed at Gu Xijiu. “This is?”

“Vision Encumbrance. It will act as though it was you sleeping. It can flip itself and can even respond when someone calls your name. So, don’t worry. The jailor wouldn’t realize that you are missing.” Gu Xijiu explained.

Li Mengxia was envious. “Miss Gu, could you teach me this trick when you’re free?”

“Let’s talk about it later when you have achieved a spiritual power of level nine and a half!” Di Fuyi interrupted.

Li Mengxia touched her nose tip. She did not know that the spell was affected by the level of her spiritual power.

She had been unconscious for two days. Hence, she was very excited to leave. She could not stop enviously admiring and gazing at Gu Xijiu with her sparkling eyes. “Miss Gu…”

Just as she was about to say something, she was interrupted by Di Fuyi again. “Miss Gu? She is my wife now.”

Li Mengxia asked as her eyes opened widely, “Both of you are married?! I was waiting to attend your wedding all the while! When did you have your wedding?”

Gu Xijiu was about to answer when Di Fuyi stopped her. “This isn’t the best time to chit-chat. Let’s go!”

Indeed, they were running out of time. Hence, Gu Xijiu’s left hand grabbed onto Li Mengxia’s hand while her right hand held onto Di Fuyi. She immediately teleported to the bamboo grove.

Gu Xijiu’s medicine was very effective as Mu Yun, Mu Lei, and Mu Dian immediately regained their consciousness. At this moment, they were all gathered at the bamboo grove. However, everyone was confused except Mu Feng.

Three pairs of eyes were staring at Mu Feng. “What are you trying to hide from us. Who are we waiting for?”

“Yea, there’s not even a shadow here. Who are we waiting for?”

“I think we need to figure out how we can save Li Mengxia… The brat is going to torture her again when the sun is up!”

Oh right, where did you find the antidote? It is amazing! I watched myself being controlled by the brat for two years. I just wanted to die! Who is the savior who made the antidote? We should thank him or her properly.”

The three messengers could not stop questioning Mu Feng as they thought that they could find out a little or more from him.

However, Mu Feng only smiled. “Be patient. Let’s wait for a while.”

“Gosh, stop teasing us!”

“Mu Feng, were you conscious all the while?” Mu Yun finally asked.

“I was controlled for about half a day before I was able to regain control over my body.”

“We were controlled for over two years. How could you be so lucky?” Mu Feng wondered.

Mu Feng replied, “Your spiritual powers are too low!” He happily tapped on Mu Dian’s shoulder. “Brothers, it’s time for us to work harder! Otherwise, it’s still possible to be controlled in the future. It would be such an embarrassment!”

Mu Yun and the other two messenger immediately clenched their fists. “It is such a big insult!”

It had been so many years since Mu Feng last felt that relieved. Celestial Master Zuo had returned, and his brothers who had gone through thick and thin with him had been freed! It was time to launch a counterattack!

“Anyway, I feel like I’ve forgotten about something.” Mu Dian was the first one who realized that something was wrong.

The other two also paused and looked at each other. “We feel the same way too.”

Mu Feng coughed. “Uhmmm, let me explain…”

Three pairs of eyes immediately locked onto him. Mu Feng coughed again. “I was afraid that you might disclose something that you shouldn’t while you were controlled. Hence, I sealed a part of your memory.”

Mu Lei and the other two were speechless.

“You know how to utilize this type of Kung Fu?” Mu Lei was shocked.

Mu Feng smiled. “Certainly, I had to possess a spiritual power of level ten to learn it. Our Lord taught it to me.”

Mu Yun took a deep breath and asked, “Do you think that it is possible for us to recover!?” They did not want to lose their memory!

Mu Feng nodded. “Of course! In fact, I did not have enough power during that time, so I could only strengthen your memory seals for a month at a time. Otherwise, you guys would have regained your memories. If our Lord was the one who had cast the spell, a part of your memory might have been sealed for the rest of your life, and you wouldn’t be able to recall it forever…”

Mu Dian sighed. “Does this mean that we need another month before we can completely regain our memory?”

“Not necessarily, I can unseal it now.” Mu Feng began casting a spell as he explained.

No one recognized the spell that Mu Feng was casting. Mu Feng was, in fact, Di Fuyi’s dark wizard.

Although the fake Celestial Master Zuo and Fairy Queen Li were mighty, they did not realize that such a wizard existed. Hence, they would not put any effort to find out how to unseal the spell. The person who sets a problem is always the best person to solve that problem. Hence, it was best to get a spellcaster to remove the spell.

A moment later, the three of them had entirely recovered. Mu Lei, Mu Yun, and Mu Dian broke into a cold sweat when the three of them discovered the secrets that each of them knew which required Mu Feng to seal part of their memory!

If Mu Feng did not seal this part of their memory, they might have disclosed it to the imposter. Who knew what could happen if he ever discovered the three brothers secrets! Perhaps, it would be a disaster for the world!

“Our Lord has been missing for eight years! I wonder how long it would take before he can get out of there…”

“Yes, how would the imposter be given a chance to show off here if our master was around? He would have been beaten up terribly!”

“My Lord, oh my Lord! I am unsure if our master has found Miss Gu…”

“I’ve almost cried when I dreamt that master had escaped from there. However, I realized that it was just a dream when I woke up…” Mu Yun’s eyes were teary.

The three messengers could not stop discussing among themselves. They missed their Lord!

Unfortunately, they had not heard about their master for so long.

“Hmmm, are you crying? Let me see your crying face.”

A clear and magnetic voice crept into their ears.

Mu Feng’s eyes immediately sparkled while the other three messengers were shocked. It was as though thunder had stricken them!

Slowly, they turned their head around and looked at the bamboo grove. A man and two ladies walked out from the bamboo grove.

The man was wearing a sharp purple robe, and the lady beside her was wearing a light green dress that looked as beautiful as a fairy. Another lady was wearing a full attire which was black, and her hair was as messy as a hen’s nest. She had a pair of energetic eyes though.

The three messengers idled like a block of wood as the stared at the man who was wearing a purple robe. Was he the real master? Or had the imposter discovered their strange behavior and decided to spy on them?!
