The Cliff of Treasure Division is located at the northwest corner of the Great Mausoleum.

Just like its name suggests, it is a cliff. Different from regular cliffs, however, this cliff hangs various types of treasures.

Swords, daggers, cauldrons… all sorts of treasures emitted light that brightened everything within hundreds of miles. The entire space appeared dizzy.

Without exception, all of these treasures are extremely powerful. This is made apparent from the fact that despite their old age, they were still exuding sharp and bright light.

Remember that weapons are not like alcohol or spiritual medicine where the older they are the better they are. Weapons are items that go dull after a long period of time. Their spiritual energy also lessen as time goes on.

The stronger the weapon, the more likely it is able to fight against the test of time.

Therefore, based on the light emitted by the weapons, it was obvious that these items were very powerful. Or else time would’ve wiped them out a long time ago.

It was because of this, hundreds of people were below the cliff, looking up with high anticipation.

Sadly, these treasures cannot be easily taken away. Even for someone like the Goddess of Battles, she can only stare at it and be helpless.

Of course, they cannot be easily taken away, not that they cannot be taken away at all.

Before them stood ten black doors. Each one of them was carved with complex patterns that appeared eerie, mysterious, and profound.

This was the test of the Cliff of Treasures Division.

With every door that one can pass, one can acquire a treasure from the cliff. Plus, after one steps into the first door, then one must accept the challenges that happen later.

If one cannot pass, then the lighter consequence is to become injured, the more severe consequence is death.

This was why everyone was hesitant to take the first step.

According to ancient records, the tests from these 10 doors are four rounds of battling capabilities from the meditational level to the original level; three rounds to test technique, soul, and physique; and three tests for array, crafts, and technique.

The capabilities from the meditational to original level doesn’t need much explanation. Everyone there is of the original level and most of them were Heaven’s Favorites who got there after achieving the undefeatable realms.

But there are fewer people who are talented in technique, soul, and the physique. Most of them are only good at techniques. As for arrays, crafts, and alchemy, there are even less.

If they can pick one to get tested on, then everyone has some specialization. But to be multi-talented meant one had to be blessed by the Heavens and be naturally good at them. That was something rare and hard to achieve.

Out of everyone there, nobody could do this.

Therefore, everyone there was certain that they cannot pass all 10 doors. In other words, once they enter, other than getting treasures, they may encounter much danger.

If they cannot get through it, then their lives may be lost.

Therefore, why shouldn’t they hesitate? Even Heaven’s Favorites who are at the same level as the Goddess of Battles hesitated.

While the treasures on the Cliff of Treasures Division were great, they were less valuable than one’s life.

For the Heaven’s Favorites, they didn’t care much about the first few tests, they believed they could make it through them. But the last three, alchemy, crafts, and arrays – there was no way they could get through them.

However, the Goddess of Battles was second-ranked after all. Though she knew she wouldn’t be able to excel in the last three, she was still fearless.

“So I fail. What’s there to be afraid of.”

The Goddess of Battles spoke softly, “I don’t believe the potential danger can outcompete the halberd in my hand.”

Just then, a golden halberd broke through the air and exploded with heavenly energy.

Then, the God of Battles held onto her halberd and danced in the air with her blond hair flowing in the wind. In giant steps, she walked to the first stone door. Instantly, the stone door, as if a black hole, began to twist and twirl into the center. It sucked her into the door or rather, an independent small space.

“Haha, the Goddess is right. Being afraid is not my style.”

Lin Cheng brightly laughed. “We are the top-ranked Heaven’s Favorites. Even if we cannot get through the last three tests, can they really kill us?”

Then, he walked forward and entered the first black door.

Su Li Yu and others agreed with his statement. They all thought that as the top 10 Heaven’s Favorites, they had an undefeatable mentality. Therefore, why would they stop themselves from advancing because there was a risk of injuries?

Therefore, they walked on with their head held high. They too, entered the first door.

Everyone hesitated at this. After weighing the pros and cons a little, more and more chose to fight this.

After around three hours, the Goddess of Battles suddenly reappeared before the seventh door. A strange force had shut her out.

Her face was white, her hair was in disarray, and even her golden armor was broken. It was obvious that the punishment for her failure was no joke. Even someone of her caliber had been wildly injured.

Just then, Ling Xian had arrived from afar and caught the Goddess of Battles’ fatigued appearance.

This startled him a little and also stunned the Goddess of Battles.

This extremely masculine woman actually blushed. But after a short moment, she glared at Ling Xian and said, “Ever since I began my cultivation journey, I’ve only lost twice. Both twice were caught by you.”

“So what? They are seeing this too.”

Ling Xian chuckled. He knew the Goddess of Battles was referring to the time he defeated her.

“HMMPH!”

The Goddess of Battles hissed. Pushing her own injured and fatigued body, she slowly sat down on the side to tend to her own wound.

Ling Xian flicked his finger. A gold and red medicinal Dan dashed across the sky and arrived before the Goddess of Battles.

A statement arose as well.

“If you aren’t afraid it’s poisonous, then consume it.”

Hearing this, the Goddess of Battles looked at Ling Xian, then looked at the Dan before her. Her eyes flashed with surprise.

After getting through the black stone doors, she naturally could sense how this Dan was special and she could tell whether or not this Dan was poisonous.

Therefore, she didn’t waste any time. She shoved the Dan of Frozen Blood into her mouth and began to break it down to nourish her body.

“So speak. What’s up with these 10 doors? How did you get so injured?”

Ling Xian softly smiled as he gazed at the giant doors before him. His eyes flashed with curiosity and heaviness.

He knows just how capable the Goddess of Battles is. She is a top powerhouse at the original level. Yet she was so gravely injured by this stone door, which of course triggered his curiosity and caution.

“Not much to tell. I merely encountered some living beings who are no worse than I am.”

The Goddess of Battles described it lightly. Her face was pale white and her armor was dyed with blood. She was exuding a demeanor that was extraordinary, garners respect, and much affection.

Then, she began to explain the meaning behind the stone doors and the tests they contain.

After hearing what she had to say, Ling Xian had a great realization. Curiosity also began to show in his eyes.

“What an interesting cliff. What an interesting test.”

The corner of Ling Xian’s lips lifted. Without another word, Ling Xian walked towards the black stone door on his left.
